(Must be 18 years or older)
SparkPeople is excited to partner with NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC KIDS magazine to try to break the Guinness World Record for the most people doing jumping jacks! We need more than 20,000 people to do jumping jacks to break the record.

How to participate!
Take part in a SparkRally in your area – hosted by your SparkPeople City Leader! Just type your zip code into the box above to locate an event near you. Between 3 p.m. ET October 11 and 3 p.m. ET October 12, kids and adults can help break the record by doing one minute of jumping jacks.

Who can participate?
This is a family-friendly event, so kids and adults are welcome to join in the jump! We want to get SparkPeople members (and their families and friends) involved in this fun event!

Don’t see a Let’s Jump SparkRally in your area?
Consider hosting one yourself! Read the rules to find out how you can participate. Be sure to add your event under “Upcoming Events” on your city’s SparkAmerica page (http://www.sparkamerica.com/city_leaderboard.asp).
